   Leveraging my improvement-driven mindset I provide best practices for the delivery of improved experiences for customers. I drive alignment in the operations of a team of three Area Managers and 120+ hourly associates across a three-floor Robotic Storage Platforms within the 1.2M sq.ft GEG1 facility that processes 180k+ packages each shift. Some key achievements include: • I directed a Pick A3 productivity project, leading deep dive assessments into pick metrics that targeted chronic issues; I then advanced corrective actions that attained a 15% UPH increase among veteran associates in 11 weeks; our site gained 15th ranking in the network and 2nd in the region. • Overhauled quality process for inbound stow operations; I devised and scaled out a new standard practice across all shifts that improved the ranking from mid-table to top 5 finish among 81 ARS sites in NA, realizing a $5M annual savings. • By continually assessing labor and capacity planning across day and night teams, I was able to ensure productivity and volume targets were consistently met. • Steered the Count, Amnesty & Pick (CAP) team through the 2022-23 Prime and 2022 Peak strategy, planning, and execution initiatives. • As a mentor, I guided three peers who were later inducted into the team and promoted one AM and two Tier 1 AAs to Tier 3 PA roles.
