Data analytics, data management and operational excellence are my passions. I pride myself on being an SME. Having the technical knowledge and experience allows me to successfully direct project lifecycles and through many years of managing projects, I have developed a keen ability for identifying risks and crafting innovate solutions to power through speedbumps along the way. I lead by example and feel it is imperative to foster open communication and diversity to empower creative thinking and ideas. My primary focus over the last handful of years has been in re-engineering and systematizing processes with a strategic focus on reducing technical debt.
