As a Client Relationship Manager at Kimirica Hunter International, I serve as the dedicated Account Manager for prestigious hotel groups such as •Accor (Fairmont, Raffles, Pullman, Sofitel, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure and IBIS), •Oberoi Hotels •Sterling Holidays and Resorts•Shangri-La•The Clarks Hotels & Resorts •Lohono Stays, and various other individual hotels, resorts and hospitals including Appollo Hospitals and Choithram Hospital. My role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including ensuring client satisfaction, order processing, generating new business leads, onboarding new clients, analyzing sales figures, increasing sales through existing clients, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with them.Internally, I act as a pivotal point of contact, collaborating with every department to ensure seamless operations. I coordinate with the Sales team during the client onboarding process, liaising closely to understand new client requirements. I work with the Project team for any product development or customization requests and engage with the Planning team to confirm stock updates and production status. Additionally, I connect with the Logistics department to address dispatch and delivery concerns, and finally, I collaborate with the Finance team to manage payment adjustments and account reconciliations. Essentially, as a CRM, I am the central hub, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring Kimirica Hunter International remains a trusted partner for luxury amenities in the hotel industry.
