I am a senior Management Consulting professional with over 24 years of experience, specialising in ERP implementation and technology advisory services. I currently lead the SAP HR Tech Implementation offering and also serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Technology Enablement (TE) practice at KPMG India. A key focus of my career has been incubating new businesses and initiatives within KPMG — driving innovation, building capabilities, and creating value through forward-looking technology and consulting offerings. Over the years, I have led strategic engagements in business and IT strategy formulation, organisational restructuring, and ERP-led transformation initiatives across diverse industries. I bring deep functional and technical knowledge across multiple ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, SunSystems, and Microsoft, enabling me to design and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business goals.

   I lead the SAP HR Tech Implementation practice at KPMG India, where I focus on the profitable growth of our consulting and implementation services across SAP HR solutions, including SuccessFactors (Cloud) and SAP HR (On-Premise). I manage a team of over 150 professionals delivering large-scale, technology-led HR transformation programs across India and globally.In addition, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for KPMG\'s Technology Enablement Practice in India, overseeing operations, financial performance, delivery governance, and strategic growth across our technology consulting portfolio. My responsibilities include managing profitability, optimising resource allocation, strengthening internal controls, and driving operational efficiency across the practice.I’ve played a key role in shaping KPMG’s ‘Powered’ platform for SAP HR solutions — enabling clients to adopt business-driven technology implementations that improve success rates and reduce implementation timelines.I also established and previously led the SAP Support Services practice, which now supports over 100 clients globally on a 24/7 model. This team delivers incident management, module rollouts, digital and RPA implementations, and advisory services. Additionally, I set up the SAP Offshore Technical Delivery Center, housing specialized ABAP and Basis capabilities.I have also managed the SAP Advisory (non-implementation portfolio) covering ERP PMO & QA, product and vendor evaluations, and ERP strategy & roadmap development. As an engagement partner, I continue to lead programs across the SAP ecosystem, including ECC6.0, S/4HANA migrations, SAP BPC, GRC, and BIBO.
