About Sameer Khullar

Capt Sameer Khullar is a fourth generation Army Officer. After clearing his CDS, SSB and Medicals in the first attempt, he joined the Indian Army in (Officer\'s Training Academy, Chennai), passed out 16th in the order of merit, and was commissioned into the Rajputana Rifles in 2001. His army service includes Op Parakram (Western Theatre) and Op Rakshak (LC - Kashmir), and service in High Altitude & Remote Areas. He was awarded four medals for his service. He went on to explore new arenas in the corporate sector and launched into a Sales & Business Development career spanning over seven years across Media, Advertising, Telecom & Cloud Communications with OOH Media (3i), TDI International, Matrix Cellular and Arkadin (now NTT Cloud Communication). Sameer joined the family security business (est. 2010) in 2013 & founded the brand STRYKER in 2014 - diversifying into a facility management business extending security guarding, housekeeping & manpower services. Growing the business over 10 times and generating over ₹100 crores of turnover in a few years. Stryker’s primary focus is on the sectors - healthcare, hospitality, corporate spaces, education, manufacturing, warehousing / logistics, & residential. In 2014 he created Stryker Healthcare - focusing on the healthcare sector, and in 2016 - Stryker Education, focusing on the education sector in facility management. Sameer is passionate about scaling up Stryker to create prosperity for his employees and stakeholders and through listing the company on the SME stock exchange in the future.
