I am an engineering professional with over 28 years of enriching experience across different geographies and diverse cultures. I have gained extensive experience by working across India and the Middle East and across diverse industry segments such as Power, Infrastructure, Building Construction, Hospitality sector, Real Estate (Mixed Use developments, Smart Cities, etc.). as well as different management functions such as Project management, Business development, Sales, Tendering, Contracts and Procurement roles, etc. In my present role, I am responsible for heading the centralized Contracts and Procurement functions related to Real Estate development involving stakeholder management, vendor development, vendor management, Strategic Procurement initiatives, and P2P process implementation, etc. I am part of the core team implementing the Environmental-Social-Governance(ESG) initiatives in my present organization representing the Supply chain and procurement functions. Proud to be an active member of the Net Zero Urban Accelerator program along with RMI-USA.Being a people’s manager, I handle the additional responsibility of Talent assessment champion(TAC) for my organization assisting HR functions in identifying the right talent both professionally and culturally fit for my organization.I would describe myself as a result-driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity.
