About Sameera S Sekhar
I am a passionate Food Technology professional with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in food safety, quality assurance, sensory evaluation, and product development. I completed my Bachelor\'s in Food Technology from the University of Delhi and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Food Science & Technology at St. Joseph’s University, Bangalore.I have qualified the UGC-NET (Home Science) with eligibility for Ph.D. admissions, and I am now undertaking my final-semester Master’s research project in the Department of Food Technology at Jamia Hamdard, contributing to ongoing academic and research activities.Professionally, I work as a Sensory Analyst at TagTaste, where I evaluate and refine food products based on consumer sensory responses to ensure quality and market readiness. I am deeply interested in sensory science, new product development, and quality assurance across the food value chain.I am also involved in writing collaborative review papers in emerging areas of food science, which strengthens my research aptitude and scientific communication skills. With a strong inclination toward innovation, sustainability, and nutrition, I aim to pursue advanced research and contribute meaningfully to the food science community.
