The project site is located in Al Jazer, Al Wusta Governorate about 750 km south of Muscat and 200 km south of Duqm along the Arabian Sea coastline, covering roughly 8,600 hectares. Once fully operational, AQUINEX aims to harvest around metric tons of shrimp annually.The proposed development will include extensive infrastructure, residential and administrative facilities, a processing plant, a feed plant, and 568 shrimp farming modules.Key Responsibilities for the Project Prepare detailed CAPEX budgets aligned with the project’s scope and long-term investment strategy and provide clear CAPEX reports and cost forecasts for investors. Break down capital costs for land, construction, equipment, technology, and other major assets. Work closely with project developers, financial analysts, and legal teams to ensure the financial viability of the project. Evaluate different procurement approaches (such as lump sum, cost-plus, and EPC contracts) to identify the most cost-effective option. Assess potential risks including supply chain challenges, workforce availability, and economic factors that could affect project costs. Guide and support all consultants while leading the commercial team to ensure their efforts are aligned with achieving the project milestones
