Previously I was working as Data analyst - at Cognizant PVT LTD.• My role comprises of reviewing source documents and entering data from source documents.• Identifying adverse and serious adverse events in the history of subjects• Categorizing subjects based on the medical history, age and other parameters.• Efficiently working of Argus 8• Good knowledge in using MedDRA• Review of source documents and compile data in an adverse event report; Data enter report into the client safety database and Code adverse events in the client safety database• Responsible for writing medically relevant safety narrative of cases and checking the completeness and accuracy of data entered.• Review case criteria to determine the appropriate workflow for case processing.• Coding of Suspect and Concomitant drugs using Company and WHO- DRUG dictionaries.• Seriousness determination and Causality assessment• Other responsibilities include following up with sites regarding outstanding queries.• Co-ordinate with Team Lead, Quality Reviewer, Medical Reviewer and Team Manager to ensure efficient case processing.• Attend regular training sessions and develop capabilities on an ongoing basis.• Conducting training and mentorship of the data entry personnel on relevant medical topics as required.
