Project calculation and project controlling during the complete development of testing, simulation and vehicle programs.\\\\n• Develop the team for testing and simulation as well as in house testing facility and simulation environment for future projects.\\\\n• Design of test plans for cells, modules and high-low voltage battery systems.\\\\n• Test management and support of internal & external tests.\\\\n• Testing of high-low voltage battery modules and battery systems in accordance to system requirements and national & international automotive standards (e.g. LV123, LV124, AIS-156 and R-136, UN38.3, SAEJ 2464 and others).\\\\n• Failure analysis of defected modules & batteries.\\\\n• Support to the vehicle, test bench and HiL testing engineers.\\\\n• Analysis, Testing and Tracking of FuSa & HARA activities internally and with the suppliers.(ISO 26262)\\\\n• Close operation within the technical and product development team (Battery & Motor).\\\\n• Flashing of ECUs and BMS software’s and datasets, as well as debugging them.\\\\n• Create Failure items in self-created systems to track the failures.\\\\n• Close coordination and international teamwork with the suppliers and R&D in India\\\\n• Exchange of information with internal and external project members\\\\n• Support test operations internally & externally.\\\\n• Drive cross functional collaboration with CAE, manufacturing, suppliers and test engineers to develop product from concept till SOP.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
