About IndianOil Adani Ventures (IAVL) IndianOil Adani Ventures Limited jointly owned by IndianOil Corporation and APSEZ provides Infrastructure-led terminalling services to Petroleum, Petrochemical and Chemical companies in India since 1996. Over the past 22 years, the company has evolved into an integrated services provider with niche capabilities in Engineering, Build Capabilities, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of Storage Terminals. Currently, we operate six terminals in India through various business models including BOO/BOOT (Build, Own, Operate/Transfer) and O&M. The company brought the concept of independent terminalling in India for Petroleum products, wherein the operator does not own the product and provides services to users on a common user basis. It has pioneered the concepts of ‘Build & Own’ (BO), ‘Build Own Operate’ (BOO), BOO & Transfer (BOOT), Operations & Maintenance of third party terminals in India. The company has also set up a first-of-its kind crude oil and petroleum product storage BOOT project inside Indian Oil Corporation’s refinery at Paradip on India’s East Coast, wherein the entire offsite storage of crude and finished products has been built. The company has demonstrated capabilities in alternate fuels at its biogas plant at Namakkal (Tamilnadu), as an early responder to the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas initiative for alternate fuels to fulfill India’s demand for transportation needs.
