   Finance Controller for Bangalore Global Capability Center (GCC), oversighting all Accounting and Finance activities. Agile business partner and Finance expert for Network services business in NTT, working closely with business unit leadership to provide financial insights. Drove monthly close and forecasting process including in-depth variance analysis, to provide accurate financial reporting with actionable insights to BU leadership. Developed standardized reporting templates and dashboards significantly improving visibility into key business drivers and enhancing accuracy of monthly and quarterly reviews (MBR/QBR). Part of Commercial Committee to determine and guide on the profitability of new deals and advise sales/senior leadership on the impact to overall revenue and margins. Leading annual budget process with emphasis on identifying clear OKR’s, optimizing cost base, improving gross margins, growing revenue and profitability. Undertake ad-hoc analysis and deep dive to identify financial impact due to change in Macro economic environment and provide suggestion to mitigate unfavorable impact. Optimizing Cash Flow and Working Capital through efficient AR/AP planning, enhancing liquidity and identifying avenue to invest idle cash to generate additional returns. Established and maintained robust internal control framework, designing policies and SOPs to ensure compliance with financial regulations and safeguarding company assets. Successfully handling 10 members team by providing clear view on their future growth and grooming new leaders, minimizing attrition at the same time. Working closely with external stakeholders including Auditors, SEZ authorities, Bankers, TP & Tax consultants etc. to ensure compliance with all applicable acts and regulations. Leading organization wide transformation initiatives including Cost optimization, Implementing Automation in Management reporting, integrating acquisitions on NTT structure etc.
