   Led enterprise-wide Data Quality (DQ) and Reference Data Management (RDM) initiatives, governing 300+ data attributes and 50+ reference masters across critical systems, improving data reliability and regulatory compliance. Designed and deployed 250+ data quality rules in collaboration with business teams and external vendors, enabling automated validation and operational accuracy. Championed cross-functional customer data remediation efforts with Product, Ops, and Marketing teams, boosting DQI to 95%+ across key attributes and achieving 99.4% availability in core platforms. Implemented front-end validation rules across the important digital customer journeys in partnership with Product, Digital, and BSG teams, significantly reducing data entry errors at source. Developed a Power BI-based Data Quality Index (DQI) dashboard for real-time enterprise visibility and proactive monitoring of critical customer data elements.
