I work with Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd (IKS Health), a BSE and NSE listed company as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, heading Company Secretary Department. Played an important role in IKS Health’s IPO.From June 2021 to August 2023, I worked with Poonawalla Fincorp Limited. From 2013 to 2020, I worked with UFO Moviez India Limited (UFO), the world’s largest satellite networked digital cinema chain company as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. At this position, I looked after compliances under SEBI Laws, Listing Regulations, Companies Act, RBI Rules and Regulations and other corporate laws as applicable to UFO and its subsidiary & associates companies.In 2015, UFO came with its IPO of million and since 14th May, 2015 its listed on BSE and NSE. I had played a important role in entire process of IPO as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of UFO.Prior to joining UFO Moviez India Limited I worked with PAE Limited, Shreyas Relay Systems Limited and Godrej Industries Limited.At PAE Limited I worked as Head – Legal and Company Secretary and reporting to Managing Director of the Company. I was looking after legal and secretarial activities of PAE Limited & its Indian subsidiaries. I was acting as in-house legal counsel & legal advisor to the Board of Directors.Before that I was working with Shreyas Relay Systems Limited as Company Secretary and Godrej Industries Limited as Management Trainee.I have multiple qualifications.
