Responsible on several types of assembly lines such as EV Battery assembly lines and Powertrain assembly lines:• Conceptualize and design the electrical controls for Automation projects such as EV Battery assembly line, Power Train Assembly Line and Machining Line Solution.• Interaction and execution of Simultaneous engineering meetings with Clients to understand the project scope of work and design, programming requirements, these meetings mostly executed in Wipro-PARI, Rochester Hills Detroit, USA office. • Knowledge of FORD PTME controls Specifications Version 4.2/4.3/5.0/5.2, FORD VOME and GVOSS Specifications.• Knowledge of FIAT-CHRYSLER Controls Specifications.• Preparation of Controls/Communication architecture for the system.• Preparation of sequence of operation and input/output list (I/O) as per the machine and customer requirement.• Preparation of Risk assessment and Safety matrix for the machines.• Selection Of various sensors required for the projects.• Knowledge of pneumatic system and AC variable frequency drives.• Knowledge of electro-hydraulic system required for automotive application.• Knowledge of sensor selection required for automotive application.• Preparation system, hardware and control Architecture.• Knowledge of basic panel design and electrical components.• Knowledge of Eplan tool using for electrical wiring.• Experience in configuration of SIEMENS industrial protocol.• Helping and providing support to PLC programming team during project execution and hands-on experience of following software tools,• PLC– Siemens (Step7, TIA Portal- V15), Allen Bradley (CompactLogix, ControlLogix). Knowledge of FORD FAST Templates.• HMI- Siemens, Allen Bradley, SCADA- Siemens WinCC. • Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication.• Cognex Etherinspect Vision systems version Ei9.• Interface with Third Party Devices like Barcode Scanners and Industrial Printers, Nut-runners, Leak Test and Marking Machines.
