ABOUT SAMEER ALZER
I’m a recent graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law and a July 2025 Texas Bar Candidate with hands-on experience in civil litigation, estate planning, and business law. Over the past two years, I’ve worked closely with clients, drafted pleadings, discovery, and motions, and participated in all stages of litigation—from intake through settlement or trial prep. My legal interests include asset protection planning, real estate transactions, and fiduciary litigation. I recently completed an independent study proposing a federal framework for Domestic Asset Protection Trusts (DAPTs) to promote uniformity in trust law across jurisdictions. Prior to law school, I worked in the financial sector, helping clients with retirement and investment decisions. I bring that same client-focused, detail-oriented approach to the legal profession. I’m currently seeking associate opportunities where I can contribute immediately and continue growing in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
