My career didn’t climb a ladder — it took the scenic route. It began in digital — content, SEO, social, ABM, CRM — the alphabet soup of modern marketing. For over 11 years at eClerx, I’ve grown alongside the business, shaping global digital programs that reached across time zones and business lines. From rebuilding enterprise websites to launching multi-channel campaigns and leading a cross-functional team of 12, I wasn’t just executing tactics — I was connecting brand to business outcomes. In 2018, I pivoted into presales — first as a hybrid between marketing and business development, then into a core role shaping global deal strategy. Today, as Program Manager (VP), Presales, I work across our three verticals — Financial Markets, Digital, and Customer Operations — to build proposals, lead RFPs, and collaborate with delivery, legal, and pricing teams to land strategic solutions that win. I bring a marketer’s instinct, a strategist’s structure, and a storyteller’s voice. Whether it’s a pitch deck, a product narrative, or a complex solution response, I help clients see our value — clearly, confidently, and often before they even ask for it.
