Design and deploy internal tools, including Smartsheet intake forms, SharePoint resources, and OneNote knowledge hubs, improving intake visibility, consistency, and team accountability. Train and onboard new team members on SOPs, contract processing, and best practices, strengthening team performance and organizational alignment.
