Partner with Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP and Legal 500 recommended commercial real estate and property lawyer. I deal with a wide range of non-contentious commercial property matters and act for developers, landowners, landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers of office, retail and industrial premises. I also advise clients on matters related to planning, secured lending and the refinancing of commercial premises and property disposals as part of corporate deals.Recent work highlights include- Providing real estate support to the corporate team in relation to advising Aprirose on its acquisition of a portfolio of 73 pubs from Mitchells & Butlers - Advising a developer on its multi million pound purchase of two office blocks in Shepherds Bush, London for intended redevelopment- Acting for a landowner granting a high value option to a national developer, for a large scheme in Surrey- Advising various medical practitioner tenants on a number of lettings on London\'s Harley Street- Land management work including acting for large estate owners, dealing with all leasehold work on the estates- Acting for a major lender on the refinancing of 35 properties in central Cambridge- Working as part of a team for a prospective tenant taking high value office space in Bank, central London- Acting for a national lender on a range of secured lending transactions- Advising on a complex refinancing in respect of a development site in Hackney, East London- Acting on behalf of a large and expanding international retailer, working on a range of leasehold transactions- Advising on various lettings of high value commercial property in central London.
