I build the bridge between technology and the people who use it.My career began and blossomed in education - spanning higher education advising, financial aid, admissions, and statewide EdTech implementation across 500+ school districts. After leading large-scale onboarding, professional development, and platform adoption initiatives in K–12, I transitioned into SaaS Customer Success at Spotlight, where I managed a ~$1M ARR portfolio and drove both external customer adoption and internal enablement. In addition to leading implementation and retention strategies, I developed and led onboarding and feature training for internal teams, strengthening product fluency, cross-functional alignment, and overall customer experience. Across every role, one theme has remained consistent: helping organizations successfully adopt systems that improve outcomes.Today, as an Implementation Specialist at Community CareLink, I focus on end-to-end SaaS implementation and enablement. I collaborate with clients to understand their workflows, configure solutions to meet their operational needs, lead tailored onboarding and training sessions, and ensure seamless system adoption.
