20+ years serving in a Project, Program, and Portfolio Management capacity. Industry experience within Supply Chain, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Human Resources. Currently serve as the Senior Project Director for HealthTrust - Supply Chain, managing a high-performing team of consulting project managers and leaders supporting the aggressive agenda of HCA Healthcare and HealthTrust Supply Chain.Past projects led include: Business Process Outsourcing, PMO development, EPM system implementation and management, Process Improvement, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Distribution Center construction initiatives, Supply Chain Automation, office build-outs, and software development and implementations. As a PMP and member of PMI since 2007, I have served in several capacities for the Nashville Chapter Board, including Director of the Healthcare CoP, VP of Volunteers, and Mentor. I have also served as the Vice President and President of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association – Middle TN Chapter, a 501c3 organization that generates scholarships awarded to local students.
