   I have lived in Silver City since 2001 and I love it here. I moved here from Houston to escape big city life. This is the perfect place to live an amazing life. Silver City and Grant county is full of kind, compassionate people who create a connected community on a daily basis. As Hacienda\'s Office and Transaction Manager I see all sorts of transactions, so I have a wealth of experience not just in my own transactions but with everything that comes through our office. Because I manage the office as well as work with my own clients, I am not the broker with the most sales, nor am I the broker with the most listings. And that\'s OK with me. I am not here to post the biggest sales or churn through the most listings. I am here to build a relationship with you, my client, and make sure that all of your needs are being met. I am here to be patient and listen and to make the process of buying or selling as worry-free as possible. I am here to give you the focus and attention you deserve.As your broker, I want you to understand everything and feel comfortable with the process.
