Duke Energy\'s Supply Chain Associate Program is designed to be a talent pipeline for future leaders and technical experts in Duke Energy’s Supply Chain department by participating in four, nine-month rotation assignments. In these four rotations, Supply Chain Associates (SCAs) experience complex intellectual challenges, participate on and lead small-scale and large-scale initiatives, interact with other SCAs through planned social and work activities and gain practical, on-the-job experience in the areas of negotiations, commercial evaluations, project management, process improvement and numerous tools.
