VP in the Private Credit team at BlackRock, partnering with healthy, stressed and distressed companies, operating in the void between traditional senior private debt and private equity. Deploying capital into both private and public investments incl. growth capital, project finance, special situations, distressed credit, hybrid equity / credit capital, structured credit etc. Responsible for originating deal flow, due diligence, execution, documentation and portfolio management of transactions spanning all industries, throughout the various stages of companies’ life.Previously an Associate covering the EMEA Industrials sector within the Investment Banking Division at Citi for over 3 years. Prior to this, was a Senior Associate at KPMG for 5 years. Chartered Accountant and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
