30 years of multi locational experience in Logistics and Supply Chain in India and overseas. Actively involved with managing end to end critical and complex supply chain operations for some of the world\'s largest organizations including shipping and landside services at both ends. In my present role, I am responsible for secure international supply chain of High value commodities and Precious metals from mine to retailer and Pan-India cash operations. This role involves stakeholder management at global level, dealing with associated risks. Over past years in various organizations, I have been actively involved in product and business development, handling Global Key Account Management, International Network Development, Trade Lane Management, Transition and Implementation, Procurement and Tender Management, Strategic decision making, rolling out Operational Excellence, Lean Management initiatives and managing of P/L responsibility at country level. Substantial experience in developing a strong local and global customer base.Involved with execution of start up operations and delivered healthy bottom line. Experience with Joint Ventures, Integration, Change management and smooth transition, Strategic planning and implementation. Identifying new international markets, network development and Global Business development.
