I am the Student Recruitment Events and Conversion Manager at the University of Lincoln, a role I’ve held since November 2021. I lead the planning and delivery of undergraduate recruitment events, building strong connections with prospective students and ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to enrolment. I first joined the University of Lincoln as a student, earning a BA (Hons) in Business and Management with an upper second-class degree. My career in higher education began as a Student Engagement Projects Assistant moving across to an Events and Conferencing Officer, managing a variety of events that enriched the campus experience for students, staff, and visitors. Following this I worked as a Postgraduate Officer, where I supported postgraduate students and helped them access university resources. With a strong mix of academic and professional experience, I am passionate about showcasing the University of Lincoln in my current role, creating impactful events, and supporting student success through innovative recruitment and conversion strategies.
