   Bodyshop-Led feasibility and robotic simulation for introducing a new variant into a 2008 BIC/CIW line. Handled layout, equipment positioning, process sequencing, and cycle time analysis through multiple site visits-Key contributor in EV variant integration and line capacity expansion for a reputed OEM. Addressed robotic reach, process planning, and layout modifications to support higher output-Supported an Indian OEM in acquiring a US automaker’s Sanand plant. Enabled efficient production through reuse of layout, robots, and fixtures; assisted from takeover to third model launch-Advocated use of refurbished ABB robots in a Pune plant, securing a $1.5M order. Resulted in phased replacement and $0.8M annual revenue since 2021-Secured Robotic Roller Hemming projects with top Indian OEMs. Led technical studies including panel feasibility, flange design, and cycle time calculations for 3- and 4-wheeler models-Developed BIW solutions for a 1-ton EV commercial vehicle, supporting a startup’s entry into the EV segment.#Batterytray Manufacturing-Led teams for aluminum battery tray manufacturing using CMT welding, inspection, leak testing, and washing-Skilled in Spot Welding, MIG, SPR, FDS, FSW, and Clinching processes.#Press Shop-Led press automation localization, collaborating globally to adapt solutions for Indian manufacturing.#Tier01- Application-Automated clutch plate, airbag, and thermoforming lines for a Tier-1 supplier.
