Develop the project commissioning, pre-commissioning planning & schedule, organization chart, resources mobilization, budget, safety, reliability, quality.• Review & approval of all Electrical & Instrument engineering documents created by the contractor for commissioning.• Development of Operation Readiness and Assurance (OR & A), pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up strategy, plans and procedures for the project facilities all along the various stages of the project.• Develop and maintain the care and custody handover roadmap and procedures for all project facilities• Coordinate all commissioning, start-up, handover and operation readiness activities to achieve fully operational, fully functional and reliable facilities.• Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, International codes, standards & approved codes of practice• Ensures that all commissioning activities are completed in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.• Provides day to day support to Commissioning Engineer/Commissioning Coordinator.• Setting up technical teams and monitoring progress to schedule.• Confirms/arranges suitable PPE is available to all personnel under him.• Arranges PTW, Tool Box talks are completed in line with HSE requirements prior to work start-up.• Be continually present on the field to guarantee the quality and progress of the work.• Ability to lead a team of technicians/operators/ sub-contractor and safely execute the work.• Analyse team performance against schedule and report/advise any changes required to maintain progress to line management.• Monitor availability of personnel to complete planned workloads.• Liaise with other disciplines to ensure work fronts are available as required.• Ensure transport is available for site teams.• Look at initiatives to improve the work within pre-commissioning and commissioning.• Prepare all testing dossiers along with proper document to safely execute the work (Drawings, procedures, etc…)

I have worked in electrical and instrumentation system of the power plant,oil & gas, cement plant,steel plant,fertilizer etc. I have experience of design of the electrical system and pre-commissioning and commissioning of the system. I can handle the work indendently. I have good knowledge of automation sytem, substation automation. Woodward controllers,Generator excitation of ABB,GE,Basler,DECS. Field testing & conditional diagnosis tests online and offline carried on turbo generator, HT motor transformer, HT bushing, HT CT/PT, HT cable and reactor. The tests are high voltage, tan delta, partial discharge, dielectric discharge test, and dielectric absorption test.
