I’m the producer of ABC7 News at 11, proudly crafting newscasts every night for my hometown. In my last role as senior nightside producer at 9NEWS, I filled in as executive producer and led reporting around wildfires, climate change and emergency alerts, emphasizing solutions journalism. My award-winning reporting uncovering gaps in our nation\'s emergency alert system is driving change at the state and federal level.In my first job at ABC10 in Sacramento, I produced every dayside and nightside show. As a member of Tegna’s first class of the Producer In Residence program, I led the redesign of our 5 p.m. show to be more conversational, experimental and engaging to a younger audience.I love crafting a show, finding the most compelling way to write a story and experimenting with ways to make our journalism serve our communities better.
