As a Restructuring Advisory Analyst at Kroll, I work with clients navigating financial distress to deliver tailored solutions and actionable strategies. My role involves:Independent Business Reviews (IBR): Conducting in-depth financial due diligence and operational analysis for businesses across various sectors, including a £500m turnover recruitment firm and a £120m property portfolio.Financial Analysis and Modeling: Preparing complex financial models, including sensitivity analyses and forecasts, to evaluate scenarios and support strategic decision-making.Debt Advisory and M&A Support: Assisting in distressed debt raises, accelerated M&A processes, and preparing deliverables such as teasers, interested party lists, and financial statements.Contingency Planning and Stakeholder Management: Developing options reviews and contingency plans while collaborating with stakeholders to navigate challenging business situations.Report Writing and Presentations: Producing high-quality business reports and presenting findings to clients and internal teams.This role has allowed me to refine my technical skills, enhance client engagement capabilities, and gain hands-on experience in complex restructuring scenarios. I am also currently pursuing ACCA qualifications to further deepen my expertise in financial advisory.
