Preparation of yearly business plans, setting up the financial goals, monitoring the actual financial performance and MIS reporting Develop corporate strategy and governance including mid / long term business and investment planning Project reports preparation, liaising with Banks and Investors on fund raising Accounts finalization, Audits closure Tax planning to optimize taxes. Customs planning on ‘0’ duty imports under EPCG scheme Cash flow analysis and Debt management. Ensuring compliance requirements of Lenders Risk management, Government Incentives Negotiating / liaising contracts with banks, investors, vendors, insurance / legal and accounting firms.
