Ensuring the finished project is of the highest quality. This is achieved by insisting that my field employees and subcontractors understand the integrity of providing a high quality of workmanship of which they can be proud of for a lifetime. In the past I was constructuction manager for the City of Tulsa $ Hilti Baseball Field restroom project with a crew of 8 men and subcontractors. This was completed 2 weeks early and under budget. This saved the owner $ was construction manager for the City of Tulsa with subcontractors for the remodel of the Forest & Desert Exhibit Buildings at Tulsa Zoo using a Crew of 12 men. This was completed on time and saved the owner $ I was construction manager for the Tulsa International Airport\'s $1.5M construction of the new canopy system at baggage claims with a crew of 8 to 15 men. This was completed on time and under budget and saved the owner $ I was estimator and construction manager for a Joint Venture of Spirit Aero Systems and the City of Tulsa $4.5 million upgrade of Building. 119 at the Air Force Plant 1 building at the Tulsa International Airport to Boeing air quality, stringent humidity and clean room requirements with a crew of to 12 men and subcontractors. I Completed 2 1/2 weeks early and saved owner $
