I recently completed my M.B.A. Degree in HR from BIMS College, Kolkata. I had done my Summer Internship Project (SIP) from Visudh Ajivam Pvt. Ltd, Jharkhand, as Trainee HR Executive. I also gave a presentation and shared some important points about my SIP. My Major Subject was HR,(Human Resource) Here, I learned about some interesting words like:1. Team Work/ Team Spirit 2. Discipline 3. Leadership 4. Time Management This 2 Years Of Excellence, helped me how to achieve sucess, when the situation is complex/ tuff. There must be a way when every where in your surroundings is being totally enclosed. Always believe in yourself, never feel to say that you are incapable, instead of thinking that you are incapable, try to solve it and prove that you are knowledgeable. Beside This, I Had A Better Experienced In Hospitality Industry. I Had Done My Graduation From SBIHM, Barasat, N. 24 Parganas. It Was A 3 Years Of Journey And Had A Clear Crystal Idea About This Industry. I Had My Internship From HHI, Kolkata. It Was Around, Five And A Half Months Of An Experience.I Had Written A Journal. As Well As Achieved The Treasure.Here, IHave Learned Some Important Lines:1. Guest Is God.2. First Impression Is The Impression.
