Method development and Validations of Assay and Related substances by HPLC for both Drug substances and Drug Products.• Preparation of Method validation protocols, reports for Assay and Related substances by HPLC as per required guidelines.• Method transfer of analytical methods for both Drug substances and Drug Products to other locations. • HPLC analysis for Stability and in process samples (API & Formulations).• Working as per GMP and GLP norms.• Protein purifications by different analytical techniques.• Familiar with HPLC analysis with Refractive Index Detector (RID), UV and other detectors.• Regular analysis by HPLC, GPC, and AAS.• Isolation and characterization of complex molecules.• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for instruments and for Laboratory Quality, Compliance.• Expertise in maintaining highest level of quality in operations and adhere to all the quality parameters and procedures as per the norms.• Qualification of working standards and non- official reference standards as per in house requirement.• Calibration of equipment’s as and when required.
