I\'m one of 3 founding Directors who set up this social enterprise in 2019 to resource people everywhere we are and to provide financial support to those who are not able to invest in personal development opportunities. PIAC has personal and professional members from all walks of life, across the globe who engage with supervision, 1:1 and group work in community safeguarding their own trustworthiness by annually through their Principles of My Practice. I provide supervision for these members and learn alongside them. Since PIAC\'s inception I have worked with 100\'s of individuals working in organisations and I work as an associate for a number of others organisations.
