As Co-Founder and dual Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer at BeatTheVape, I lead the end-to-end development of our youth-targeted digital platform focused on vaping cessation and prevention. Our mission is to empower young people aged 11 to 18 through gamified education, behavioural science, peer-led support and real-world rewards.I am responsible for designing, managing and executing the entire product roadmap, from wireframing and feature scoping through to MVP delivery. I oversee all technical specifications, manage app and website developers, and ensure alignment between product vision and execution. In parallel, I lead operational systems development, building the internal infrastructure that allows our team to function efficiently across research, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.I also manage internal projects, coordinate timelines and milestones, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, I support fundraising efforts and track financial planning related to product development, working closely with the leadership team on strategic growth and impact measurement.
