I am a cybersecurity-focused Management Information Systems graduate student at Texas A&M University, passionate about building secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. I will be graduating in May 2026 and am actively seeking full-time roles starting May 2026.My career spans both defensive and offensive security roles. As a former Security Architect at Akamai, I worked extensively on securing infrastructure at both the network (Layer 3) and application (Layer 7) levels. I developed and deployed solutions for threat mitigation, DDoS protection, and end-to-end security architectures supporting some of the world’s largest platforms.As an Application Security Intern at Paycom, I focus on securing enterprise web applications through penetration testing, threat modeling, and secure code reviews. This hands-on experience in offensive security complements my prior defensive background.Having worked on both the blue team and red team, I bring a well-rounded perspective to cybersecurity. My mission is to help organizations stay resilient against evolving threats by driving secure development practices and building security-first architectures.I’m particularly passionate about securing modern web applications and cloud-native systems, and I aim to be at the forefront of defending them.
