I have always believed there is a massive gap between a model that lives in a Jupyter Notebook and one that survives in production. My entire career has been an obsession with bridging that gap.Currently, I operate as a full-stack AI team of one at Cloud9 Esports. This unique constraint became my greatest teacher. I saw a creative team overwhelmed with manual work, so I chose to take action. I architected an autonomous Generative AI ecosystem to handle the heavy lifting. Now the system handles scripting, dubbing, and clipping in over 33 languages while the creative team focuses on strategy. I also built a semantic search engine for 80TB of unstructured media because I realized that having data is useless if you cannot find it. For me, it is not just about writing code. It is about building the invisible engines that allow a business to run at scale.But this bias for action is grounded in deep academic rigor. During my Master’s at USC and my research time at USC ISI and NTU Singapore, I dove into the math behind the magic. Whether it was architecting early RAG systems for knowledge delivery or analyzing patterns of mental well-being on social media using Sentic Computing, I learned that understanding the theory is key to effectively breaking the rules in practice.My journey has always been about solving messy real-world problems. At KoiReader, I used NLP to automate data extraction from chaotic logistics documents, and at Piltover, I worked on interpreting EMG data for 3D-printed prosthetics. From supply chains to healthcare to competitive esports, the domain changes, but the mission remains the same. I take complex problems and build clean automated solutions.Ultimately, I believe complexity is often just a lack of initiative. I pride myself on being the person who unblocks the team by building the solution from scratch. I am a builder at heart, driven by curiosity and a relentless desire to make things work better.
