Their orders are dipping, they aren’t getting the visibility they expect, and outdated menus are causing customer complaints. Since I’ve built a strong rapport with these partners, I decide to take ownership.I start by analyzing order trends and customer feedback, then directly engage with restaurant owners to understand their challenges. I work with internal teams to update menus, correct pricing, and guide these partners in running targeted promotions to boost visibility. Within 6–8 weeks, we start seeing results—order volume picks up, partner satisfaction improves, and more restaurants opt into ad campaigns.It’s one of those moments where I realize I’m not just managing accounts—I’m actively helping businesses grow
