About Samara Jenkins
Hi, I’m Samara Jenkins, a recent graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, originally from Long Island, NY, and now based in Chicago. I earned my BBA in Economics and have a strong interest in financial markets, client engagement, and strategic analysis.My experience includes internships at Macquarie Group (Fixed Income: Asset Management) and Deutsche Bank (FIC: Sales, Trading, and Structuring), where I developed a foundation in market dynamics and relationship management. I also worked with United Way of Long Island as a Bank of America Student Leader, supporting nonprofit marketing efforts.As an MLT Alumna, former Vice President and Treasurer of NABA Temple, and a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, I value leadership, learning, and making meaningful contributions. I was also actively involved in Jack and Jill of America, which helped shape my commitment to service, community, and personal development from a young age.This July, I’ll be joining Morningstar as an MDP Associate on the Institutional Equity Research Sales team, where I look forward to working with institutional clients and helping deliver investment insights that drive informed decisions.
