Experienced and Versatile Operations Management Professional and Human Resources Leader with over 20 years\' experience in successfully managing multifaceted challenges by leveraging strong business acumen. I am currently working as a Recruiter for Recruit Military\'s Candidate Success Program, where I have the privilege of supporting transitioning service members and assisting Veterans and their spouses. Having served as a leader in Navy Medicine I have had the opportunity to lead of Marines and Sailors in various operations, to include maintaining the highest level of medical and dental readiness. Over a span of three consecutive years, we achieved a remarkable record of sustained readiness above 8 units. I have developed a wide-ranging background in Human Resources, Personnel and Program Management and the training and development of personnel from diverse backgrounds in critical, high-tempo environments. Demonstrating exceptional ability to build strong partnerships with employees, potential customers, government entities, and executive leaders to accomplish business goals. One of my notable accomplishments during this time was overseeing the successful launch of a $5.4 billion enterprise-wide electronic healthcare database. This implementation streamlined numerous systems into a single cloud-based platform. While serving my country and developing future leaders was incredibly rewarding, I have chosen to pursue a career in hospitality due to my passion for interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and embracing the dynamic challenges of this field. In my previous roles within the Navy, I held event management positions, coordinating corporate events for over 400 guests. I had the privilege of working with renowned hotels such as the Westin Savannah Harbor and Omni Amelia Island Resort, managing revenues exceeding Now, I am excited to leverage the skills and knowledge gained during my years of service to pursue internship and job opportunities in the Beaufort, SC/Hilton Head SC/Bluffton, SC, and Savannah, GA area.
