As a child, it was just my mom and I, and we didn’t have a lot of money. For fun, we would drive in the fancy neighborhoods on the water, and we would pick out our favorite homes, dreaming what it would be like to live like the fancy people who lived there. This is where my love of real estate truly began.Fast forward, and here I am with 16 years+ in the real estate business. After running a top real estate team for 15 years, my dream of opening my own brokerage was finally realized in October 2021. ATLAS Real Estate is located in the heart of Atlanta, and our Vision: For everyone to have a place in the world where they can truly call HOME, is what we all strive for. Yes, we have the stats too. We have had ZERO expired homes since 2017 and only 2 expired homes since 2013. We love working tirelessly for our clients, because myself and my team love what we do each and every day. We work in all of Metro Atlanta from Lake Lanier down to Lake Spivey, and everywhere n betweenBeing in a growing city like Atlanta, I would have been crazy not to start investing in real estate. At 23, I bought my first condo, and I now have a portfolio of 37 homes. Most of these are long-term rentals, with a few short term lake rentals thrown in. My husband now also has the real estate bug and has gone into business with me for these last 11 homes. Our 3 kids even get into the fun, helping us screw in doorknobs and light switch pates - contributing to us making them beautiful and ready for the renters who get to call our properties “home”. One of my passions is helping others create wealth in real estate, and helping to create a real estate portfolio they can retire on. We even have a Property Management division, where we help secure fabulous renters for investment properties, and make sure they pay on time and keep the property well maintained.In my “free” time, I like to read nonfiction, and my family and I rescue animals. We happen to have quite a few “foster fails” at home, some of them are just too cute to let go. I live by the motto, “Life is not measured by the breaths you take, but how many moments take your breath away.”
