I serve as Director of Programs & Community Engagement, where I focus on designing and scaling programs that improve safety, accessibility, and outcomes in real-world settings. My work sits at the intersection of program design, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed strategy. A core part of my role involves translating complex policy, data, and stakeholder needs into structured, user-friendly solutions that can be implemented and adopted at scale. I have led the development of training programs implemented across multiple states and regularly collaborate with partners nationwide to ensure these solutions are practical, effective, and sustainable. I am particularly interested in how systems, workflows, and emerging tools can improve how programs are designed and delivered. I have begun integrating new tools into my workflow to support research, streamline processes, and better align stakeholder needs, with a focus on thoughtful and responsible use.
