I am a recruiter of all things Test/QA and am passionate about helping Testers/QA’s find their dream jobs After 15 years of recruiting within Test/QA around the South West and South Wales I am a bit of a veteran now, but, I still absolutely love my job and nothing puts a smile on my face more than helping people find jobs they love! Life is too short to be in a job that doesn’t get you excited and I am a huge believer that we can thrive if we are in the right environment! 🥰 I love getting to know each and every one of my candidates and clients. I go beyond the surface and truly understand what makes you tick. Offering honest, impartial advice is my superpower, and you can trust that I\'ll never push you into a position that doesn\'t feel right. Building genuine relationships is at the core of my approach—I believe in complete honesty and openness, always keeping your best interest at heart. I am a big advocate for women in tech. As a proud mum of 2 and someone who\'s experienced the juggling act of part-time work and family life, I\'m dedicated to helping fellow working parents / carers find positions that perfectly align with their family and life commitments and help to make that work-life balance a reality. When I\'m not busy recruiting or chasing after my little ones and pets, you\'ll find me running the South West Test and Test Talks Wales meetups in Bristol and Cardiff. I absolutely love giving back to the local testing community that’s been a part of my life for so long and providing a platform for speakers to share their experiences and inspire other Testers.
