With over six years of experience in the healthcare sales industry, I am passionate about delivering quality service and solutions to my clients and partners. I have a BA in Health Administration and a certification in setting goals and priorities. I am currently the Sales Support Manager at Labcorp, a leading global life sciences company that provides diagnostic, drug development, and technology-enabled solutions for more than 120 million people each year.In my role, I manage 11 direct reports and support over 150 sales representatives across six states in the Southeast region. I am responsible for retaining 15 million dollars in annual revenue through the development and implementation of sales programs and strategies. I also handle various administrative, quality assurance, research, client retention tasks, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns. I have successfully customized and streamlined the sales process for multiple health systems, resulting in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
