I design and lead people operations with heart and precision. Through my work in HR Ops, I leverage data and systems to create efficiency, but efficiency is not the end goal - people are.My work clears the path so humans can thrive - whether it\'s through streamlined onboarding, accessible policies, or tech that actually makes work easier. I view my role through the lens of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs: building the safety, belonging, and esteem layers within an employee\'s role in the company so that individuals can reach their full potential beyond work.From cost-saving process improvements to culture-building programs, I ensure that every operational decision supports real humans with needs, dreams, and lives beyond the walls of work. I optimize systems so people don’t have to fight them - they can grow through them.
