I am a transformational leader and coach with over 15 years of experience in creating and executing vision, strategy, and culture for diverse and collaborative teams and organizations. As a certified diversity coach and a teaching faculty at Alverno College, I am passionate about empowering individuals and groups to thrive in complex and changing environments, and to develop the skills and mindsets needed for lifelong growth and innovation.With a background in business, consulting, and nonprofit sectors, I have a proven track record of delivering measurable and scalable results, solving challenging problems, and fostering strong relationships and partnerships across multiple stakeholders and communities. I am also a globally minded and locally focused leader, who has participated in prestigious programs and initiatives such as the Harvard Business School Young American Leaders Program, the Forward48, and the LifeHikes Coalition of Global Advisors.
