Sam Salguero graduated from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University in May 2017 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Sam is located in Plano, TX and currently holds a position as a Higher Education Sales Consultant at Pearson Education.Sam’s past employers have provided an exceptional foundation for her future career path. In the summer before her senior year Sam had the privilege to intern with Sewell Lexus of Dallas, where she shadowed highly trained sales associates to gain further knowledge of sales techniques. From that internship she began as a full time Sales Associate for Sewell Lexus of Dallas. At Sewell Lexus she was responsible for meeting monthly sales goals while proving exceptional customer sales experience before and after the sale. Sam was then introduced to the pharmaceutical industry and began her career as a Business Development Manager with TherapeuticsMD. She then continued her career in the pharmaceutical industry working with Amplity Health.These experiences have helped her gain an extremely hard work ethic, crucial communication skills, expert relationship builder, ability to adapt to different work environments, and always putting customer service first.
