I empower people to succeed and product teams to deliver.As a Product Owner, I’ve led teams of engineers to deliver cloud security and Zero Trust solutions, driven £1M+ savings through security logging optimisation, and re-established product practices across globally distributed teams.My “customer first” mindset is one of my greatest strengths, and I pair it with a coaching-led approach to transform and create high preforming teams. I\'m actively coaching as part of the executive coaching faculty at Lloyds. I also run my own coaching business supporting universities and educators to prepare students for life in the working world after education. I also offer 121 coaching to early career professionals and women in tech.Outside of work, endurance, resilience, and adventure fuel me: I’ve run 10 marathons (from New York to the Arctic Circle), climbed Kilimanjaro for charity, reached Everest Base Camp. To relax I spend as much time as I can paddleboarding at sunrise. I recently took up parkour, and I\'m enjoying the creativity, agility it brings as well as challenging my mindset.
