About Samantha Kessler
Dynamic and energetic professional with 14 years (and counting!) higher ed experience in institutional effectiveness, research, and assessment. I thrive on working with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, develop data-informed plans and strategy, and ultimately improve the success of students, employees, and the organization. I\'ve done it all in the Institutional Effectiveness and Institutional Research Department, including building departments from the ground up with data collection and reporting processes. I\'ve led various institutional projects including strategic plans, accreditation reports, and organizational assessments. I\'ve also conducted student success, retention, and equity research, managed compliance reporting calendars, and performed grant and program evaluation. Today, I\'m applying this experience as a consultant, partnering with numerous colleges and universitites nationally to support business process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and innovation.
